The centre of Raiskums with a shop, a bus stop and a post office is within a walking distance of 500 metres.

The closest dining facility is located in the locality of Auciems at a distance of 4 km.

The nearest gas station is in the town of Cesis within an 8 km distance.

The skiing base Žagarkalns is within a 7 km distance from the campsite.

Since the campsite is located in the territory of the Gauja National Park, one should note that it is not allowed to pick water-plants, drive water motorcycles, use chemical detergents (soaps, soap-powders, etc.) and bathe animals. A night rest is from 23.00 till 6.00.
